So 2009 hasn't been a great year. In fact, it could probably sit in the category of 'WORST YEAR EVER' (lol comicbook guy). So I apologize for not being on DA much this year but it has been a pretty terrible year and it's hard to get inspired when things are just so... blegh.

So I wish you all a Merry Christmas and best of luck for 2010. I'm really hoping things pick up next year.

I'm so sorry I haven't been on DA much lately. I've been super busy with work, and now I've started Summer Semester at uni. However I'm looking forward to finding some time to take the camera out for some fun.

We upgraded to Windows 7 for free through a HP promotion with our new computer, and I've got to say, it's pretty awesome. I haven't found everything yet but so far it looks great. Everything is so sleek and modern and moves around so easily. I especially love the new 'snipping tool' which in some ways has replaced my frequent use of the PrintScreen button (helps so much for the website I'm doing for work). Paint = awesome!

So anyway, just thought I'd pop in and say hi!

ok so here's the thing
i'm taking really TERRIBLE photos lately and I just cannot figure out why.
Well... I can put it down to not having much to take photos of, but even what I do take photos of, are terrible, and I just don't seem to be able to take good photos anymore. It's like I've lost my spark. It's all there in my mind I just can't seem to do what I want to do with it. They're all blurry, the lighting is horrible, unfocused, colours are off.
And to top it all off, I'm terrible with photoshop.

Is it me or the camera?
I have a Canon 400D SLR and it's just annoying me now. I love it to death by by god it just won't take a good photo for me anymore...
